| 310S stainless steel pipe is a kind of hollow, long and round steel material, which is mainly widely used in petroleum, chemical, medical, food, light industry, mechanical and instrumentation industries, etc. When the bending and torsional strengths are the same, it is lighter in weight and is widely used in the manufacture of mechanical parts and engineering structures. It is also commonly used as conventional weapons, gun barrels, shells, etc. 310s is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel with excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Due to the higher percentage of chromium and nickel, 310s has much better creep strength and can operate continuously at high temperatures, featuring good high-temperature resistance. 310S(0Cr25Ni20/0Cr25Ni20Si2), heat-resistant stainless steel, domestic grade 0Cr25Ni20, American grade SA213/TP310S, commonly known as 310S, also called 2520, duplex stainless steel, used for manufacturing high-temperature resistant furnace tubes. Chemical composition of SA213/TP310S (%) : Ni Nickel: 19.00-22.00 Cr chromium: 24.00-26.00 Si silicon ≤ 1.50 Mn manganese <= 2.00 Carbon <= 0.08 Sulfur is less than or equal to 0.030 P phosphorus <= 0.035 The manufacturing method is fundamentally the same as that of seamless steel pipes. The steel used is in accordance with the provisions of GB14975-94 "Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes", including 0Cr13, 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3Cr13, 1Cr17Ni2, 1Cr25Ti, 1Cr21Ni5Ti, 00Cr18Ni10, and 1Cr18Ni9. Made of steel grades such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo3Ti, 1Cr23Ni18, and 1Cr18Ni11Nb. Applications: Stainless and acid-resistant seamless steel pipes are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pipeline and various other stainless and acid-resistant steel structural parts. It is necessary to ensure the chemical composition and physical properties of the steel. Density: 8.0 g/cm ³. Mechanical properties after solution treatment: Yield strength ≥205, tensile strength ≥520, elongation ≥40. Hardness test: HBS≤187,HRB≤90,HV≤200 310S stainless steel is suitable for making various furnace components, with a maximum working temperature of 1200 ℃ and a continuous service temperature of 1150 ℃. The theoretical weight calculation formula for 310S stainless steel pipes: (Outer diameter - wall thickness) × wall thickness ×0.02507=KG/M The surface of 310s stainless steel pipes is divided into industrial surface and matte surface A type of matte 310s stainless steel pipe, with only a matte finish on the surface. In addition, it is the same as the common 310s stainless steel pipe. The fundamental disposal measures are as follows: Mix the matte solution with water in a 1:1 ratio to form the working solution. At room temperature or by heating the electrolyte to 40-50 degrees, hang a lead plate or stainless steel plate on the cathode and fix the workpiece to be electrolytically polished on the anode. Then adjust the voltage to around 5 volts and polish for 3-5 minutes before removing the workpiece. The matte electrolysis technology has been completed.
