1. Be responsible for contacting and developing customers, providing timely quotations and other services to customers, promoting our company's stainless steel products and high-quality services, and seeking potential customer sources;
2. Make full use of the company's existing customer resources, identify key customers, formulate targeted marketing plans, and develop the market to the greatest extent possible.
3. Be capable of collecting and managing target customers in accordance with the company's requirements, selling products based on customer demands, and ultimately achieving personal sales targets.
4. Possess certain market analysis capabilities and acute market insight;
Job Requirements
Gender is not limited. Candidates should have good language expression skills, be good at communication, be meticulous and patient, have a strong sense of responsibility, be loyal and reliable.
2. Strong independent problem-solving ability and adaptability, as well as a strong sense of customer service;
3. College degree or above, with a certain sales foundation, or engaged in the sales of products from other physical enterprises;
4. Those with experience in stainless steel sales are preferred, or those who are determined to develop in the stainless steel industry and enjoy sales work.
6. Be conscientious and responsible at work, endure hardships, have a good attitude towards work and life, be able to withstand certain pressure, and possess a sense of teamwork and belonging to the collective.
7. Do not make excuses for one's own mistakes or faults, know how to respect superiors, and have good principles in dealing with people and matters.
8. Candidates with relevant industry experience are preferred. Fresh graduates from regular universities, self-study examinations, and high school graduates are all welcome to submit their resumes

Salary and benefits
1. Basic salary: 3,500-5,000 + full attendance bonus + performance bonus, with a commission of 15%-30%. Salespeople with outstanding annual sales performance will receive a bonus of 30,000 yuan. Salespeople who pass the indicator assessment and have excellent sales performance can compete for the management positions of sales supervisor and sales manager in the company.
2. Work five days a week and rest two. Holidays are in accordance with national standards.
3. The company will offer equal rewards for equal efforts. Those who are unrealistic should not apply, those who do not respect their superiors should not apply, and those who live on a basic salary should not apply.
Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break (12:00-1:00 p.m.)
