    Stainless steel surface processing grades
    1 Original surface
    Original surface: The surface of NO.1 that has undergone heat treatment and pickling after hot rolling. It is generally used for cold-rolled materials, industrial tanks, chemical industry equipment, etc. The thickness is relatively thick, ranging from 2.0MM to 8.0MM.


    2 Blunt surface
    Blunt surface: NO.2D cold-rolled products that have undergone heat treatment and pickling have a soft texture and a silver-white luster on the surface. They are used for deep drawing processing, such as automotive components and water pipes.
    3 Matte finish
    Matte: NO.2B is cold-rolled, then heat-treated, pickled, and finally processed by fine rolling to achieve a moderately bright surface. Due to its smooth surface, it is easy to regrind, making the surface even brighter. It has a wide range of applications, such as in tableware and building materials. After surface treatment that improves mechanical properties, it almost meets all applications.
    4 Coarse sand
    The product ground with coarse sand NO.3 using grinding belts of 100-120 grit. It has a good gloss and discontinuous coarse texture. It is used for interior and exterior building decoration materials, electrical products and kitchen equipment, etc.
    5 Fine sand
    Fine sand: NO.4 is the product ground with a grinding belt of particle size 150-180. It has a relatively good gloss, with discontinuous coarse stripes, and the stripes are finer than NO.3.
